A Few of Our Happy Clients

The Metropolitan Museum of Art

Location: New York City, New York

To celebrate the reopening of their American Wing, the world-renowned Metropolitan Museum of Art teamed up with Green Door Labs and TourSphere™ to develop an interactive mobile game called "Murder at the Met: An American Art Mystery". The smartphone app leads visitors on an investigative journey through the Museum.

In the game, the mysterious Madame X has been murdered! Sleuths must use their smartphones to explore museum objects and interview suspects and witnesses to discover who the killer was, the weapon that was used, where she was murdered, and why.

This game is an amazing example of the flexibility and power of the TourSphere™ mobile platform.

The Edsel & Eleanor Ford House

Location: Grosse Pointe Shores, Michigan

This historic house museum sits on the 85-acre grounds designed by landscape architect Jens Jensen. This mobile app guides visitors on a tour of the exquisite gardens and grounds of this historic estate. The app includes rare home videos from the Ford family, a cinematic soundtrack, and a visitor survey.

The Ford House app is available as both a mobile web app and an iPhone® app. TourSphere™ also set up the Ford House with 60 iPod® Touches available to onsite visitors.

The app won a Leadership in History Award from the American Association of State & Local History in 2011.

Cultural Tourism DC

Location: Washington, DC

TourSphere™ converted five audio walking tours of downtown Washington DC into a GPS-based mobile web app. Visitors to DC can get off the National Mall and explore some of the lesser-known historic sites around town - no matter what kind of mobile device they own.

Cultural Tourism DC is promoting the app with QR codes around the city. Users can scan the codes and launch the app instantly to learn about where they are standing.

Mountain View Grand

Location: Whitefield, New Hampshire

One of the premier resorts in New England, Mountain View Grand built their own “Mobile Concierge” smartphone app using the TourSphere™ app builder.

Guests arrive at the resort and scan a QR code to activate the app - launching an all-in-one guide to the resort. The app features interactive maps, dining and restaurant options, an activities calendar, and suggested walking and driving tours.

Mountain View Grand is thrilled with the way the app enhances the guest experience and drives incremental revenue (via onsite dining and activities) for the hotel.
